Diverse Charter Schools Coalition Congratulates Broad Prize Finalists

Two finalists to have earned the distinction are founding members of the Coalition

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Diverse Charter Schools Coalition congratulates the three finalists of the 2017 Broad Prize for Public Charter SchoolsDenver School of Science and Technology (DSST) Network in Denver, Success Academy Charter Schools in New York and Harmony Public Schools in Texas. Two of the finalists, DSST and Success Academy are founding members of the Coalition, which has a core belief in practicing, promoting and expanding diversity in charter schools. 

"It is gratifying that members of the Coalition are recognized as being among the highest-performing charter schools in the country," said Board Chair Daniel Rubenstein. "We support both of our members and are proud of their work in helping families find schools that are academically rigorous and racially and economically diverse."
